As we are getting ready to close our doors for our Christmas break, Craig & Derricott are still working hard to get the last few orders despatched. After this year of experiencing an unprecedented global crisis, here at Craig & Derricott, we are happy to end our year with some good old fashion Christmas Spirit and help an elderly couple who’s central heating had broken down a few days previously.
A replacement part was required to repair their central heating which was our MS13 hand operated 20A 4 Position mini-rotary switch. Here at Craig & Derricott, rotary switches formed the bulk of the company’s production when we first opened back in 1922 and are still supplied to customers today.
We took on the challenge of getting the required part to this elderly couple to give them some festive cheer. Our sales team and manufacturing staff worked to prioritise this order in time for despatch before Christmas. As a further good will gesture, we delivered the switch to the couple in our C&D van, to ensure their heating could be back up and running in no time.
