Rotary Actuators

A range of IP65 robust Rotary Actuators are built to meet the stringent requirements of Railway Rolling Stock standards. Ergonomically designed, this range of actuators gives a clear visual indication of normal and operated status. A robust stainless steel latching cover can be added to switches with 90° indexing positions. Switches with gold-plated contacts for low-current applications can be supplied to special orders.

These are designed to be used with 20A Mini Rotary and R6/R16 rotary panel switches. When the rotary switch is fitted to the actuator, up to 20 normally open or normally closed contacts or other combinations (10 switch bases) to meet customer applications can be configured, this will also vary the switch length of the unit.
