On our latest Meet The Staff behind Craig & Derricott post, we are introducing the world to Jen Bratt, one of our Area Sales Managers!
Jen joined Craig & Derricott in August 2017 working in the customer service office, initially providing administrative and customer support to areas 7 & 8. (East and South East England and London)
With a further focus on our ATS sales from Ian Stretton and with most of the units at that time being purchased through areas 7 & 8, a natural progression to working more closely with Ian and supporting the ATS section ensued. This culminated with Jen officially taking on the role of ATS Admin in September 2020.
In May 2021 Jen leaped field sales and began working as the Sales Promotor covering the UK. This quickly developed into the Junior Sales Rep role in October 2021 where she focussed on A5 (South Wales and Devon and Cornwall) and A7 (East and South East England).
In just under a year Jen again progressed, this time to Area Sales Rep covering her own territory on A7. In just 9 months, after proving her ability to provide excellent customer support and sales growth was given her recent promotion to Area Sales Manager for A7 in April 2023.
Jen is incredibly grateful to Craig and Derricott for seeing her potential and providing the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally in her roles within the company. She is committed to further developing her area and is excited to continue working with a wonderful team of capable people.
