Paul Cranshaw sadly passed away on 17th February 2014 after a long fight with cancer.
Paul joined the business in 1999 and helped to steer the company through difficult and successful times in equal measure. Throughout his time at C&D Paul earned a reputation for professionalism, perseverance and a passion for great customer service. He worked with people inside and outside the company to ensure the best possible results. Over the years he supported and helped many of us. Nothing was too much trouble. There is no doubt that his hard work and commitment contributed substantially to the growth and success, as well as to the careers and development of many company staff.
It’s been a privilege to know and work with Paul and he will be deeply missed by all. As a fitting tribute some of the Craig & Derricott employees took part in a 5k and 10k run to raise funds for Compton Hospice. The run took place on Sunday 8th of June 2014.
Thank you to all of our customers and employees who contributed toward us beating our target of £500. The final amount of £2043 raised was donated to Compton Hospice, which is where Paul spent his last few days.
