Our reputation for quality, consistency and reliability, while providing cost effective products and solutions, is second to none and we are determined to build further on this.
Lead times for all materials and components have increased dramatically, for all manufacturers of all products – from cars to laptops and yes even for the wide range of trusted C&D switchgear products. To protect our customers and our reputation, C&D will NEVER reduce quality or “cut corners” in our strict manufacturing process, nor will we make promises on lead time we know we cannot keep. We will always endeavour to meet or exceed our customers’ demands and we will do everything possible to support our customers.
Our lead times have recently increased so we have invested in more staff, more stock and are working longer hours – but despite all this there will be some products that have a longer lead time than we or our customers are happy with.
You have our assurance we will continue to work hard to improve on stated lead times and will help whenever and wherever we can but we will not reduce quality or make false promises.
